When starting the buying or selling process there are a few things to be aware of that will help to make your process run smoothly.
There are things that can prevent, or delay, the purchase or sale of a home.
Be sure to inform your Real Estate Agent if you have any of the following during your first consultation:
Unfiled taxes
Unpaid taxes
Liens against the property
Late or missing payments
Issues with your work status (temporary vs. full-time)
